The Data Integration and AnalyticsAssociate/Manager position is responsible for integrating disparate data across radiopharmaceutical manufacturing, clinical supply, clinical imaging, clinical design, and clinical PM into a cross departmental unified data warehouse and providing analytical tools to gleam business insight.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) and data warehousing activities for cross departmental data sources including:
- Avid’s dose ordering management system data: historical/active/future imaging facilities, Lilly supported clinical trials, logistic relationships, and manufacturing facility specific information
- Radiopharmaceutical dose data: dose type classification, dose status, customer dose request history, referring physician, prescribing physician, and CMO fulfilling pharmacy.
- Clinical Trial Management data: patient status within the trial, historical scans, upcoming scheduled delivery dates, clinical trial scan window compliance, and preferred clinical imaging site.
- Create and maintain data linkages between radiopharmaceutical data sources and the Lilly Clinical Trial management systems
- Create, maintain, and optimize business processes to link Lilly systems with external vendor systems to include but not limited to Avid dose ordering system linkages with CMO ordering systems
- Generate analytical tools/reports to drive the business. Reports to include but not limited to:
- Historical dose metrics including manufacturing/distribution insights and delivery success for Lilly supported clinical trials
- Trial specific trackers to facilitate enrollment and serial scan planning and execution
- Maintain dose and transportation cost reports to enable financial groups reconciliation on cost and revenue
- Generate business insights in collaboration with stakeholders into the clinical supply strategy for future trials.
- Liaison with Clinical Trial Operations and CMC to provide requested tools to ensure reliable supply of radiotracers:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or advanced degree (i.e., Masters, PhD ), in a scientific, computer science, or related field.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Preferred 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or clinical trial management
- Preferred computer skills
- Fully versed in Office 365 Suite (exceptionally proficient in Excel)
- SQL Database
- Tableau / C / Python / Visual Basic programming
- AWS environment
- Project Management Experience
- Ability to work on Agile Teams
Additional Information:
- Lilly currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from between $63,000 to $138,600 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).Of course, the compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
