We are currently seeking our next Associate Vice President of Enrollment Services (AVP). Working on behalf our university partners and reporting to the SVP of Student Services, the AVP manages a team of 6-7 enrollment managers. We are seeking an energetic leader with a great sense of humor and a love for coaching a team of high performers. We want someone the team wants to follow - not has to follow. Ideally, the AVP of Enrollment Services has 10+ years of experience in student recruiting or retention, as well as 5-years managing a team. Enthusiasm, patience, a consultative approach, and a passion for education are required.

Key Job Elements:

  • Train and manage a team of 5-6 enrollment managers.
  • Enable and grow a team of 35+ Enrollment Coaches.
  • Establish, forecast, and achieve partner universities' new student enrollment plans.
  • Continual training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with partner university departments to ensure a supportive student experience throughout the enrollment process.
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • EEI Standard Operating Procedures
    • Partner standards
    • Ethical standards
    • All federal, state and accreditation related requirements.
  • Actively engage with national associations/organizations monitoring changes in legislation, accreditation standards, and best practices related to Enrollment Services.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess enrollment trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance enrollment outcomes.
  • Develop and manage the budget for the Enrollment Services department, allocating resources effectively to meet enrollment goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred.
  • 10-years of increasingly responsible experience in student recruitment/retention in a higher education.
  • 5-years management experience in a higher education recruitment/retention setting.
  • Track record of achieving goals within a university/college setting.
  • Superior organizational and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for education and helping people achieve their goals.
  • Keen interest in learning new things - ability to share what you have learned and teach others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement effective enrollment strategies.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Familiarity with enrollment management technologies and data analytics tools.

**This is a Denver Metro Area preferred position but national candidates with requisite experience will be considered.

Salary Range: $125-135,000
