ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT, Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), to serve as part of the VP of IS&T’s senior leadership team and as a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and evolving a service delivery model for advancing and maximizing the impact of information technology (IT) across the landscape of MIT’s research, academic, and administrative enterprises. Will be responsible for the development and operations of an IT organizational framework and services architecture that defines the overall delivery model for the various IT functions supporting MIT’s mission; and partnering with senior Institute leadership and MIT IT partners to develop the IT aspects of comprehensive service delivery strategies.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: master’s degree; at least fifteen years of relevant experience in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and at least ten years of leadership experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and/or projects; excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills and a demonstrated track record with the creative use of technology in solving complex problems; deep knowledge of organizational development, core business process design, change management, project and program management, and fiscal management; and the ability to influence others. Starting salary range: $350,000 - 375,000
