Form of workEmployer: NVA Kingsburg Veterinary Management, LP, d/b/a Kingsburg Veterinary Clinic Job Title: Associate Veterinarian (multiple openings) Job Location: Kingsburg, California Rate of Pay: $120,000 - $155,000 per Year Duties: Build rapport with clients by gathering information and listening to, and empathizing with their concerns. Perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures that deliver the highest quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort. Communicate with clients on topics such as pet diagnosis, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs.
Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols. Stay current on new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine. Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure delivery of the highest quality care and exceptional client service.
Present a positive image of the hospital in the professional community and to the general public. Requirements: Employer will accept a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. License Requirement: Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program.
Must be eligible for state licensure.
