Surrey Veterinary Clinic has been active for over 40 years in the community and at our current location for 7 years. We have an amazing clientele base. We are committed to providing high quality care to all our patients and their owners. Our team of experienced veterinarians and staff work together to ensure that each animal receives individual care and attention. Our experienced team is looking forward to welcoming a new face.

Our clinic offers 3 exam rooms, large spacious waiting room, in house lab work and new digital x-ray. We offer ultrasounds by traveling technician and offer a spacious area for cats and dogs for stays in the hospital. We have a large surgery suite and on-site dental.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Veterinarian role. The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical services to small companion animals. The Veterinarian will also be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgeries and providing preventive care.

Qualifications

• Strong medical skills in diagnosing and treating small companion animals
• Experience in performing surgeries
• Knowledge of preventive care practices for animals
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Veterinary degree from an accredited university
• Must have valid Michigan veterinary license
• Experience working in a veterinary clinic is a plus
