Primary Function:
Assists the University Registrar in all aspects of their work, but especially in the areas of Information Systems and reporting.This position works with considerable independence and self-direction. Only the general direction and scope of the work to be accomplished are discussed with the supervisor.

Education:
- Master’s degree in higher education, Information Systems, educational research, social sciences, or another relevant field is preferred;
- an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
Experience:
- Three to five years of relevant work experience in:
- Registration and records,
- Information technology,
- Academic affairs, or student academic services setting is required.
- Administering academic policies and procedures,
- Using and managing complex student Information Systems,
- Participating in registrar’s professional associations,
- Interpreting and applying collegiate policies related to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended (FERPA).
