What to ExpectWhat You’ll Bring
Proficient, adaptable, and engaging facilitator. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience developing and facilitating didactic and practical trainings for large groups. Manufacturing experience not required, nor preferred if the applicant illustrates transferable skills from current or past career path. Applicant must demonstrate ability to translate practical applications of theoretical constructs. Lastly, the application must possess strong effective communication skills evidenced by their ability to engage key stakeholders, connect with large training group, quickly establish rapport with learners, as well as the ability to maintain boundaries without compromising rapport
What You’ll Do- Facilitation of weekly onboarding program, which at present moment consists of 1-day of preparation and 4-days of intensive classroom & practical training
- Conceptualize, author, and maintain a robust catalogue of training PowerPoints (or comparable technology) and corresponding facilitators guides
- Consult with subject matter experts to expand the training program to encompass all roles for all departments within the organization
- Create an immersive, engaging, and effective learning experience using a variety of teaching methods
- Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility
- Develop feedback tools and processes to continuously improve the Tesla Training Experience at the facility based on trainee, manager, and quality input
- Transcribe internal content into LMS modules to create sustainable educational tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, STEM, or equivalent
- 1-3 years of work experience designing, developing, and deploying educational content, continuous learning programs, and/or employee development programs
- Strong organizational skills to scope, design, develop, launch, and analyze the effectiveness of learning content
- Ability to self-train on new products, procedures, and technologies

Expected Compensation
- Associate Training Instructor - $55,080 - $82,620/annual salary
- Training Instructor - $63,920 - $95,880/annual salary
- Sr Training Instructor - $73,440 - $110,160/annual salary
- Staff Training Instructor - $85,000 - $127,500/annual salary
- Sr Staff Training Instructor - $108,800 - $163,200/annual salary
