The Opportunity:
The Associate Territory Manager works on the Distributor Sales team to call on distributor satellite locations, contractors and facilities to help drive sales in the Oklahoma territory. This position will drive product demand while maintaining Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise. The Associate Territory Manager is responsible for working with distributor customers and contractors to educate them on our products and oversee performance, as well as develop long-term relationships with distributors and end users.

Your Impact:
Provide sales training to Distributor customers on the benefits of Keystone and our products
Develop long-term oriented relationships with distributors, contractors and end users, through exceptional customer service in order to drive demand for our products
Develop sales plans with the direction of the Territory Manager
Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities
Become a market expert with respect to Keystone’s and competitor products, pricing, trends, etc. and report findings to team management
Maintain contact with existing customers for potential ongoing orders
Develop and manage contact information to keep decision-makers current
Display and attend trade shows
Cold call to develop new business
Work closely with assigned Inside Sales contact on current and future opportunities
Advise product team on market trends
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or technical school
0-3 years of sales and/ or technical school experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent customer service skills
Solid listening skills
Must have ability to cold call, prospect and convert calls to actual sales activities
Adept in developing and maintaining relationships
Experience with CRM software preferred but not required
