The goal of Success Brand Behavior Health is to provide skilled and appropriate counseling that contributes to the well-being and success of children, adults and families. We are seeking a passionate associate clinician that will be able to provide clinical services in the areas of family, individual, couples and group counseling services.

Our Associate Telehealth Clinician has the option to see clients virtually or in the office setting.

Clinician may be asked to complete any one or more of the following assignments:

I. Assessments: designed to determine the mental health needs of the individual, couple, and/or family and to recommend a course of action.

II. Individual Therapy:

i. Adult

ii. Child

III. Family Therapy

IV. Couples Therapy

V. Group Therapy

VI. Treatment Plan

VII. Discharge Plan

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent electronical clinical or medical record (ECR/EMR) ability.

· Strong organizational and planning skills as evidenced by meeting deadlines, following through on assignments, delivering high quality products, and providing adequate time for consensus-building, especially review, feedback and approval.

· Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to function independently and in concert with other staff and supervisors.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel

· Systems: Understanding of the Bio-Psychosocial Approach, Engagement and Advocacy.

· Professionalism: Understanding of Diversity, Boundaries, Ethics, Self-assessment and Self care

· Relationships: Demonstrates Inter-professionalism-can work in a team environment, build rapport with clients.

· Application: Assessment and Intervention skills, Treatment Planning, as well as Practice Management i.e., uses time well, consistent/quality documentation, etc.

· Education: Understanding of how to incorporate theories and clinical models

Clinicians at minimum are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral or social sciences that is primarily psychological in nature.

These degrees include Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family and other behavioral/social science degree(s) that can be approved for clinical licensing as well as approved by the Company.

Clinicians shall be fully state licensed in one of the approved behavioral or social sciences master’s degrees.

Clinicians may have an associate license with an agreed upon plan that includes time frames of when a full license shall be obtained.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
