Team and Role Overview:

The Paid Social Media Team works seamlessly in a larger team circle to strategize, execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Social Media campaigns to meet client objectives and goals. The team focuses solely on Paid Social Media, including platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc. They are in sync with the Analytics Team to ensure proper tracking of digital campaigns, align on performance (and any applicable strategic pivots), and set up testing (A/B, brand lift, etc.).

The ideal candidate has a passion for Social Media marketing. This person loves finding the right target audiences and digging into the data. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support buyers in executing paid media strategies across social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Reddit) with a focus on monitoring and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives and goals

  • Generate and maintain various reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly), assessing efficiency of ad buying campaigns and overall Social Media strategy execution

  • Stay current with the latest paid offerings when they are released

  • Keep up to date with current Social Media measurement trends and standards

  • Maintain industry benchmarks

  • Maintain industry benchmarks

  • Collect and clean relevant data for report development for Analytics team

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in Social Media marketing or paid media; previous experience using Facebook Ads Manager and/or native ad platforms is a plus

  • Extremely focused and organized with the ability to move at a fast pace without sacrificing attention to detail

  • Very proficient in Microsoft Excel and stellar in PowerPoint and Word

  • Superior communication skills, including eloquently presenting data to internal and external teams
