Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for an Associate or Experienced Quality Systems Specialist(level 2 or 3) based out of Everett, WA to support the Boeing Commercial Total Quality Team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.
  • Participates multi-function, multi-site groups to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed.
  • Participates with stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions.
  • Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development.
  • Conducts quality source selection and process capability assessments of suppliers' ability to meet program quality requirements and support business decisions.
  • Develops scope, schedule, plans and leads hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements, and reports results to management.
  • Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for complex nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.
  • Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability.
  • Assist on preparation for third party audits.
  • Participate in the Identification and proposals of projects, objectives, and milestones.
  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience with the Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • 1+ years of experience in project management.
  • 1+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership
  • 1+ years of experience data mining, processing, and analysis.
  • 1+ years of experience with root cause/corrective action methods.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using database management, programming, statistical modeling and/or machine learning (SQL, R, Python, JMP, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience developing & supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle.
  • Experience using LEAN manufacturing/BPSM techniques for process improvement.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or factory support environment.

Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 year's related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Experienced (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Associate: $72,250 - $97,750
Summary pay range for Experienced: $86,700- $117,300
