Offering industry leading benefits package valued at ~$200k+ with no cap on production based wages.
- Wages based on percentage of monthly gross receipts (with a guaranteed monthly minimum). An associate can expect to earn $175-200k+ in base salary and would be eligible for more as we place no cap on the amount you can earn through your production bonus. There is no limit to your earning potential.
- Competitive benefits package includes: health insurance benefits, 401k retirement plan with employer contributions matching 3% of your gross wages, continuing education allowance, AOA/OPW membership and paid state licensure and professional liability insurance
