General Summary:
The Associate, Operations Budget & SCR Management is primarily responsible for the administration of the System Change Requests (SCRs) for system enhancements via projects and/or System Change Requests for target systems. Key responsibilities include supporting the Ops Division by tracking SCRs and resolving operation issues for target systems/vendors to sustain the roadmap developed for target system enhancements. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Draft, organize, bundle, estimate and planning of System Change Requests (SCR) tied to specific critical systems.
2. Manage and track SCR budget.
3. Report weekly SCR and UAT cycle time, monthly leadership report out.
4. Support division and department budget activities and reporting.
5. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
6. All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Technical knowledge, skills, experience, and judgment to accomplish results that contribute to the business.
• Detail oriented - maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
• Demonstrated skills with all Microsoft Office products, especially presentation software (PowerPoint & Visio) as well as other data analysis tools and software.
• Strong communication skills with displayed levels of knowledge, skills, and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• White Belt or Green Belt Certification preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
