Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, program management, and/or consulting; or,
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Real estate experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Highly-organized, motivated, and able to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
- Ability to prioritize workload and operate autonomously.
- Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills. Working knowledge of real estate and financial analysis is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Essential Job Functions:
Partner with the Chief of Staff in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the organization.- Provide organizational support to leadership, including tracking progress on annual objectives, compiling reports, organizing materials, taking meeting notes, and coordinating follow-ups.
- Create and maintain tools and processes within the Office of the President.
- Collaborate with different departments and ensure coordination of cross-functional and cross-regional projects and efforts.
- Prepare briefs and analyses and conduct research to support leadership decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Track progress and report out to the Chief of Staff & leadership on a regular basis.
The role will involve travel, including last-minute travel as needed.
