Nordstrom Media Network (NMN) is an advertising program enabling brands to share their stories with Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customers via on- and off-site media campaigns. Its a natural next step in our “Closer to You” strategy and allows brands to conveniently connect to our customers with personalized recommendations and experiences. The NMN team is expanding and seeking to hire a motivated and curious team member who can lead audience strategy and management for our brand partners. This is a remote position and Nordstrom can offer remote employment of this position in all US states except AR, MS, MT, NE, NH, ND, SD, VT, WV, and WY. Some travel will be required.
A day in the life...
Develop and activate audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign and overall marketing performance for NMN’s top brands.
Analyze customer and performance data to understand customer behaviors, preferences, and trends, translating insights into actionable audience strategies.
Partner across Sales, Account Management, Activation, and Operations teams to align audience targeting efforts with broader business goals and brand objectives.
Work alongside Analytics to measure audience segment performance and guide strategy refinements.
Build and manage relationships across Nordstrom Media Network internal and external teams to ensure cohesion and support a best-in-class audience Media Network activation model.
Stay updated on industry trends, data privacy regulations, and tech advancements to continuously enhance NMN’s audience strategy offering.
Youve got this if you have...
5+ years demonstrated success in digital marketing with a focus on creating audiences and utilizing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data across internal and external platforms. Ability to write SQL and query data is a plus.
Deep familiarity with audience management platforms like LiveRamp SafeHaven and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), as well as experience in platforms like Google Analytics for audience creation and analytics. Knowledge on identity resolution and various forms of digital tracking strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, search, social, and other digital media channels and associated platforms.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable audience strategies.
Working knowledge of privacy regulations and their impact on data collection and audience targeting practices.
Curiosity with a proactive approach to problem-solving, actively seeking out answers to complex challenges and driving solutions forward.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
California: $80,000 - $165,000 annually, Colorado: $80,000 - $132,000 annually, Connecticut: $80,000 - $155,000 annually, Hawaii: $80,000 - $132,000 annually, Nevada: $80,000 - $132,000 annually, New York: $80,000 - $165,000 annually, Rhode Island: $80,000 - $132,000 annually, Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 annuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
