Showroom in Houston and Dallas.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include but nit limited to the following-
- Support and preparation of interior design documents for review and approval process including concept and design presentations
- Prepare drawings: dimensioned floor plans, finish, furniture layout , and reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, including artwork layout , sections etc.
- Prepare project specific bids for FF&E items, which include floor plan take offs.
- Compile design submittal package for Brand approvals
- Be available for job site visits, both locally and out of town
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, upbeat and resourceful with a professional attitude and willingness to learn
Must be familiar with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
