Job Description : 

GENERAL OVERVIEW:  

This person would mainly be focused on providing audio-visual support for meetings, assisting with video conference connections to Teams meetings (and other platforms as well), and taking photos (both professional headshot photos and live event photography).Those tasks would be completed primarily at West Penn hospital, but would also require travel to other AHN and non-AHN sites as well.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assists in performing less complex operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including, but not limited to, network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.
  • Assists in performing less complex analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.
  • Assists in the completion of less complex project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects. 
  • Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 year experience in Information Technology

Preferred

  • Experience in some of the following highly desired: Audio-visual integration, Digital signage, media production (audio, photography, and video), video live streaming, event a/v support and video conferencing endpoint and backend management
