As member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, the “Associate IAM Cyber Security Engineer” is responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM) activities related to account access provisioning and deprovisioning of systems and applications. This role will focus on accuracy and efficiency, the administration of and adherence to access management policies and procedures, the auditing and review of administrative actions in applications, and the troubleshooting and support of access and login-related issues. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:                   

Assists with the following:

·      Implementing procedures and methods for auditing.

·      Addressed non-compliance to information security standards.

·      Develops and delivers IS security standards, best practices, architecture and systems to ensure information system security across the enterprise.

·      Assists with migrating non-compliant environments to compliant environments.

·      Works with Cyber Security Engineer to evaluate the organization to ensure compliance with standards and relevance with industry security norms.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

·      Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·      Takes a professional approach relating to others, treats others with consideration and respect regardless of employee level.

·      Ability to adapt and manage frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

·      Knowledge of Information Technology systems security methods and procedures.

·      Knowledge of methods for evaluating, implementing, and disseminating IT security procedures

·      Uses good judgement.

Industry and Work Experience:

·      3 – 5 years of experience in Information Security or related field preferred.  

Academic:

·      High school diploma or GED required.

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related technology field or 3 years of IT or security industry experience in lieu of a degree technology or related field preferred.
