Job description
- Maintains and updates Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Responsible for recruitment and posting activity with select universities, internal postings, State agencies, etc.
- Review applicant data and pre-screen for relevant qualifications – communicates with hiring manager.
- Acts as Inteva’s first point of contact with candidates; schedules, tracks and coordinates interviews.
- Coordinates all pre-employment screening processes with follow up as required.
- Schedules and conducts new hire orientation process including company overview, policies, and procedure as well as completion of required paperwork (I-9, acknowledgements, etc.)
- Assists with coordination of internship and co-op programs.
- Administer day to day maintenance of the LMS and language training.
- Administer Inteva’s tuition reimbursement program.
- Process badging requests for US in accordance with standard procedures.
- Provides badging entry/exit reports as requested.
- Performs security audits for all locations and high security areas.
- Monitors and orders supplies as required.
- Assist with Global Mobility administration.
- Other duties as required
