General Summary:
HCI Sales Communication & Digital Tools Analyst's primary role is to develop, launch, and maintain both the dealer facing digital portals as well as the internal sales planning tools (Dealer Access, Dealer Track, Salesforce.com, OEM Interfaces). Additionally responsibilities will include the development, launch, and management of HCI internal and external communications. This includes programs, incentives, compensation, compliance and operational notices. Lastly, the position will be responsible for the coordination, execution, communication and performance monitoring of joint HCI and SGI dealer and field training. This would include In-Store Training, New Dealer Onboarding and Launch, as well as HPP-University.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Communications
Develop internal and external communications to dealer, field sales, and other internal stakeholders (communications may include written, digital, conference call, presentation).
Support and manage internal and external communications to dealers and fields, verbal and written.
Write, edit, and proof-read HCI newsletters, marketing materials, incentive announcements, and IBP communications.
Provide marketing and communication content for determined field and dealer promotions and support the program launch (Dealer Promotions, Campaigns, Offers, Operations, and Enrollment).
Field Sales Communications (IBP, Campaigns, Operational Notices, Compliance Notices).
Assist field sales with sales support channels including Salesforce.com, Dealer Access, and incentive platforms
2. Incentives Support
Assist Incentives manager with administration of incentive programs
Coordinate with vendors on sales support and communication elements of incentives
Communication with field reps on program status and dealer earning levels.
3. Ad Hoc
Engage in additional sales support initiative in support of the business.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of various types of content
Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal communication skills required
Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Constant Contact, Salesforce.com, Dealer Access, Dealer Track, and Stone Eagle
Resourceful and innovative problem-solving skills - focus on how to get tasks completed
Knowledge of learning management systems a plus
Knowledge of project management methodologies a strong plus

Experience developing communication plans across multiple channels (digital, print, & media; 2-3 years)
Experience supporting the development of budgets, project plans, marketing campaigns and incentives a plus (2-3 years)
Previous experience in finance or marketing preferred (3-4 years)
Data analysis and reporting skills required (2-3 years)
Experience with project management tools and applications preferred (1-2 years)
Bachelor's degree required (no specific major required)
Physical Requirements and Working Condition:
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
