About This Role
As the Associate Director of Omnichannel Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of our Marketing Technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, and Salesforce Interaction Studio integration and automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure that our Marketing Technology enables a seamless and personalized customer experience across all channels. You will also bring to the table your expertise in CDP implementation and operation experience, MarTech experience, Omnichannel Experience, and AI/ML capabilities. This is a hybrid role based in our Weston, MA location.

About This Role
As the Associate Director of Omnichannel Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of our Marketing Technology stack, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP, and Salesforce Interaction Studio integration and automation. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing Technology architecture that supports Biogen's USO Omnichannel Marketing strategy
- Lead the implementation and technical operation of Salesforce CDP, and Salesforce Interaction Studio integration and automation
- Ensure the smooth integration of our Marketing Technology stack with the rest of our Commercial IT infrastructure and third-party solutions
- Own the technical operation and roadmap of our Next-Best-Action capabilities for HCPs and Patients.
- Ensure that our Marketing Technology stack is compliant with regulatory requirements
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies in Marketing Technology

Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing Technology architecture and leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful implementation and operation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP (Data Cloud), and Salesforce Interaction Studio integration and automation
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Technology architecture, including MarTech and AI/ML capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analytics and insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for marketing in the healthcare industry
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the biotech or healthcare industry preferred
