ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR STUDENT ACCOUNTS AND COLLECTIONS, Student Financial Services (SFS), to oversee the day-to-day operations and student account billing and receivables and serve as the main point of contact for managing collections. Will ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing Student Accounts and collection of debt, manage exit counseling, and collaborate with campus partners to ensure the accurate and timely posting of charges and credits; advise the director of operations of inefficiencies, recommend best practices to improve SFS operations, and participate in enhancement projects; conduct periodic reviews and data analysis to assess student account and education loan receivables; and serve as liaison to external vendors collecting outstanding student account and education loan receivables.
