The Associate Program Director will demonstrate a strong clinical and administrative background with expertise in educational pedagogy to educate DNP nurse anesthesia students and is knowledgeable, competent, compassionate, and ethical.
The NAP APD will teach core nurse anesthesia courses in the classroom and simulation lab according to program needs, advise DNP projects, construct and evaluate exams, participate in the screening, selection, advising and evaluation of students and contribute to the overall organization and strategic planning of the program.
The candidate will work in conjunction with the leadership / faculty team in program evaluation plan (PEP) processes, accreditation processes, curriculum processes, policy development and revision, and committee work.
