Job Description
OVERVIEW
Responsible for driving the strategy, design, and execution of various consumer Digital Products/platforms to enhance customer convenience, strengthen the brand, maximize sales, and achieve business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Assist Digital Product team in all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, and feature prioritization.
2. Maintain roadmaps for assigned Digital Products and execute the strategic vision related to each; ensuring projects stay within time & budgetary constraints.
3. Create detailed definitions of features related to assigned Digital Products and articulate those to the larger design and development teams from both technical and business perspectives. Continually analyze cost/benefit in decisions.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams and other business units to achieve needed results from technical, security, financial and business aspects. Provide collaborative solutions and exceptional communication across disciplines.
5. Execute the Test & Learn process as it relates to consumer digital initiatives.
6. Analyze and regularly report out all measurable trends and statistics from the various consumer digital platforms to evaluate successes, address opportunities, and continually improve execution.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Business, Technology or related field required.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience delivering distributed technologies (websites, mobile apps, interactive software, etc.) on an enterprise level required.
- Previous experience in interface design, usability principles, agile development methodologies, and experience delivering multi-tier applications required.
- Previous experience in utilizing various e-Commerce concepts including: online store design, credit processing, order fulfillment, product acquisition, and transaction analysis preferred.
