General Summary:

As the front line to our Hyundai and Kia dealers, this position is responsible for assisting HCA dealers with requests and resolutions related to the HCA dealer and consumer portfolio. Our team members research and resolve dealer inquires and provide guidance to HCA dealers on HCA policies. Our goal is to deliver an excellent dealer/customer experience by executing active listening, proper tone, excellent business communication and anticipating dealer and customer wants and needs to fulfill our one-call resolution goal. Additionally, this role supports division digitalization and other department initiatives through business case development and benefit validation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and emails request from HCA dealers and sales team related to the HCA consumer portfolio transactional requests timely. Perform noting, coding and updating entries in HCA business systems.
  • Make outbound calls to HCA dealers assisting with lease vehicle grounding requirements.
  • Deliver written communications as needed via HCA internal communication tools to relevant HCA colleagues.
  • Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance. Assist in the development of other team members and provide day-to-day mentoring and guidance as requested by leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Access and experience in data processing
  • Excellent verbal presentation skills; ability to effectively build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize goals to meet business objectives
  • Ability to understand analysis, technical processes and business systems
  • Recall of a broad base of product knowledge
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of related experience required; preferably in captive auto finance industry
  • Knowledge of how auto dealerships operate, with specific knowledge of retail and lease financing

Physical Requirements and Working Condition:

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
