Job Description

• Understands Razorfish data capabilities and how data fits into a client's overall strategy
• Understands the breadth of data services and crafts
• Able to manage data team responsibilities within cross-capability projects

Qualifications

• Able to identify / focus on key issues and objectives based on internal and client needs with oversight

Communication Skills

• Is an active listener and seeks to positively contribute to internal discussions
• Able to prepare internal and client presentations with oversight
• Takes accurate and comprehensive meeting notes
• Writes clear and concise summaries of own work

Client Engagement

  • Can identify when a request should by completed by the data team

Tools & Techniques

• Understands client-specific data tools and platforms for reporting purposes
• Has working knowledge of statistical concepts / coding languages (or deep knowledge of statistical concepts that have not yet been applied in a marketing context)
• Able to assist in vendor assessments
• Proactively identifies own learning gaps and seeks to answer them through internal resources or asking experts

Analytics

• Planning and Implementation
  • Able to contribute to a learning agenda / measurement plan with guidance
  • Able to begin the process / build the basic structure of implementing a measurement program with guidance
• Insight Generation
  • Able to extract, cleanse, and analyze data, identify trends and anomallies.
  • Shows foundation to derive insights from extracted and manipulated data
  • Demonstrates foundational ability to synthesize implications ("so whats?") from analysis
  • Uses these insights to provide useful recommendations to the team

Compensation Range: $57,000 - $71,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
