Associate Customer Service Engineer

Pay Rate: $18.00

The Deployment Center Engineer is an introductory position that performs tasks related to the receiving and delivery of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end user computing environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick up new equipment from NG receiving dock
• Scan, log and sort new equipment picked-up from receiving
• Provide list of new equipment so that appointments can be scheduled with customers
• Load cages/truck and deliver the cages/equipment to the sites
• Unload, scan, and log the cages returns daily
• Provide list of what has come back in the cages for review
• Organize, pack and deliver RETURNS to Future Tech depot
• Assist with locating missing equipment or equipment that needs to be taken out.

Education and Experience:

• None

Certifications and/or Qualifications:

• State driver's license
• May require additional customer-specific certifications or training as required related to driving

Skills:

• Excellence in communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
