Spur Reply is looking forAssociate Consultants to join our Ecosystem Strategy & Transformation team. The Associate Consultant works closely with an assigned Project Manager and becomes a fully integrated member of project teams in their first couple of months of employment. The combination of on-the-job learning, classroom training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring enables Associate Consultants to enjoy outstanding professional growth and career opportunities. What You'll Do
- Apply logic and Spur methodologies to provide recommendations to clients
- Use and develop communication skills to communicate project findings, conclusions, and recommendations with your peers and clients
- Develop high-quality drafts of communication from emails to executive presentations
- Participate in client meetings to review and present analytical approaches and interpret results
- Work independently or closely with clients and team members to accomplish daily tasks
- Provide project support and complete administrative tasks
As an Associate Consultant, you are curious and have a desire for lifelong learning. You enjoy learning new concepts and aren't afraid to start a task with limited guidance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and understand the importance of driving work products to completion. What you'll need (Requirements)- A Bachelor's degree with solid academic achievement and or significant relevant work experience
- Coursework in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, systems, or communications is a strong plus
- Experience with Microsoft suite of productivity tools required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
- Quantitative skills and general problem-solving skills for business problems
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- A passion and ability to learn independently, quickly, and resourcefully
- High degree of motivation, flexibility, and creativity
- Genuine desire to work hard and progress rapidly in the consulting profession
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
Spur Reply (Formerly The Spur Group) is a consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA. In our hybrid working environment, our general working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. While we strive for work/life harmony, client work may extend beyond these hours and may require flexibility in work arrangements.
The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $50,000-$65,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications, and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
