Primary office locations are Cleveland, OH and Greenville, SC, with centers of expertise locations in Austin, TX, Rolling Meadows, IL and Quebec, Canada. Manufacturing operations reside in Hendersonville, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Plympton, MA, Christiansburg, VA, Acuna, MX and Tijuana, MX.
Job Description
This is an entry level role that is responsible for supporting the channel team and executing marketing plans that raise awareness and drive revenue growth across our partner channels. The role is a mix of planning, execution, and performance measurement to ensure contributions yield greater ROMI.
This position is located at Current headquarters in Greenville, SC or our Austin, TX office. This role requires 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remote.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales to develop and track an annual marketing calendar for all channel partners inclusive of all marketing activities to ensure projects are on budget and on time.
Create content and marketing assets to support paid sponsorships, national and regional marketing programs.
Manage the Wrike project management tool to track all incoming Channel Marketing requests.
Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, manage third-party vendors and agencies to execute strategic initiatives.
Develop comprehensive package of commercialization assets to support channel programsthat increase engagement and reward customers based on volume for commitment and loyalty in supporting our portfolio of LED lighting and intelligent controls solutions.
Continuous improvement efforts for ourcustomer facing partner portal by providing customer service, training tools, and resources that enhance the overall user experience.
Deliver engaging content to support channel communications such as newsletters, social media, direct html emails, blog posts, and web pages to amplify our story in the marketplace.
Assist in the development and execution of annual promotions to drive incremental revenue.
Leverage MarTech reporting features to track and measure channel performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college; Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Videography and video production experience is extremely useful in this role.
  • 3 years of work experience with strong track record of results; includes at least 1 year in a marketing related field.
  • Highly proficient in all common Microsoft office productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proficient using Power BI and excel managing large data sets to provide reporting and creating dashboards to support improved decision-making.
  • Proficient across creative software and content management tools such as WordPress and Adobe InDesign.
  • Effective communication, content creation, visual graphics, and project management skills.
  • Self-starter who works independently and is highly self-motivated, goal oriented.
  • Exhibits tenacity meeting goals and determining solutions to meet business challenges.
  • Follows tasks through to completion and communicates resolution to supervisor.
  • Resourceful, learns quickly and has a thirst for knowledge.
  • Adaptable, exhibits flexibility with changing priorities and conditions.
  • Collaborative team-player who identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $65,000 - $75,000.
