AddressAs this role is based out of our Creative Studios, located in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates currently residing in Northeast Ohio.
Red Studios is the in-house production studio for American Greetings, the largest social expressions company in the world. We are a full-service photography, video and 3D production team that is responsible creating all aspects of still and motion content for American Greetings and its subsidiaries. Our incredibly talented team produces solutions to a wide variety of media needs, including marketing campaigns, e-commerce, merchandizing and creative product content.
We are looking for a talented photographer with 3D design experience to join our vibrant production team. This individual must display competent photography skills and 3D design knowledge along with an eye for media trends. They must be able to help facilitate the creation of photography and 3D product while adapting to multiple project needs.
This is a full-time position, benefits eligible position.

Responsibilities will include:
- Providing fully rendered high quality photographic images to satisfy multiple business needs.
- Combining relevant skills with a good understanding of the social expressions industry.
- Researching techniques, design trends and consumer trends as they relate to American Greetings photography needs.
- Using creativity to accurately execute against design briefs by using aesthetic judgment alongside knowledge of lighting, cameras and composition.
- Applying 3D design skills to help solve production needs where appropriate.
- Responsible for on-time delivery of all work along with pro-active time management.
- Ability to anticipate obstacles and explore new ways to advance our processes/product/people.
Experience Required:
Required Length & Type of Experience:
A Bachelors of Fine Arts or comparable portfolio.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of all aspects of the digital photography process.
- Extensive knowledge of Photoshop and knowledge of Blender.
- Experience using a variety of natural and artificial light sources.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly self-motivated and goal orientated.
Education Required:
A Bachelors of Fine Arts or comparable portfolio.
