Roles & Responsibilities

1. Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.
2. Document user and system requirements and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
3. Participate as part of a team with targeted deliverables, working on initiatives designed to improve processes, systems, and applications which support our key business functions.
4. Troubleshoot Business Systems issues and notify the correct team of error.

1. Associate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
2. One-year relevant work experience in the IT field.
3. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes.
4. Desire to learn about data, data analysis, and troubleshooting data errors.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
6. Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support.
