Roles & Responsibilities
- Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.
- Document user and system requirements and revise existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
- Participate as part of a team with targeted deliverables, working on initiatives designed to improve processes, systems, and applications which support our key business functions.
- Troubleshoot Business Systems issues and notify the correct team of error.
- Associate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
- One-year relevant work experience in the IT field.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes.
- Desire to learn about data, data analysis, and troubleshooting data errors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support.
