Job Responsibilities
- Supporting the collection, documentation and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
- Participating in the planning, execution and documentation of functional testing results.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of training sessions and demos for end users.
- Participating in the review, analysis and documentation of Business Systems and user needs.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent years if experience is required. Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.
Experience
- 1 year - Experience in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience working with operational processes
Skills/Certifications
- Basic knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology and standards.
- Ability to interpret and translate technical and/or concepts into meaningful information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills

- Understanding of SQL, Visio would be a huge plus.
