Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the collection, documentation and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.
  • Participating in the planning, execution and documentation of functional testing results.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of training sessions and demos for end users.
  • Participating in the review, analysis and documentation of Business Systems and user needs.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent years if experience is required. Equivalent years of experience are determined as one year of technical experience for every year of college requested.

Experience

  • 1 year - Experience in Information Technology or equivalent relevant experience working with operational processes

Skills/Certifications

  • Basic knowledge of information technology concepts, application development methodology, terminology and standards.
  • Ability to interpret and translate technical and/or concepts into meaningful information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of SQL, Visio would be a huge plus.
