Job Purpose
This exciting new position manages the product portfolio and tradeshow assets for HotHands and Grabber Warmers. Managers the development and implementation of new product configurations, structure changes, and packaging artwork. Assists the Brand Manager with creating and implementing new marketing strategies including both in-store and digital marketing opportunities based on channel gap analysis, new product launches and market trends.
Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for assisting in the management of assigned brands to increase sales, market share and profitability. This is accomplished through:
o Implementing business plans to market, promote, and support products;
o Creating effective product selling materials for sales force and retail buyers;
o Recommending product prices by analyzing and incorporating established profit margins and costs for materials, packaging, labor, and shipping; and
o Assisting in the analysis of market data and research to understand category, brand and product performance for assigned products and competitors.
· Develops and implements marketing strategies for new and existing products which requires analyzing sales data, financial reports, consumer research, and market trends.
· Plans, schedules, and oversees project assignments for graphic design, packaging, and display vendors engaged in creating promotional material, packaging, sales material, and product displays. Ensures work performed properly presents brand image, meets Company standards for quality and cost effectiveness, and is completed in accordance with established Company procedures and project deadlines.
· Manages and monitors development and implementation of product portfolio and tradeshow projects.
· Participates in the development of new products and range management to support the development of the business. Coordinates packaging development and product concepting to support the development program in assigned area of responsibility.
· Remains cognizant of trends and developments in field by monitoring competitor activities and products, trade magazines and associations, and feedback from customers.

Preferred Qualifications
· Knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of marketing at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
· Minimum of three years progressively more responsible, related experience to gain in-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, project management, brand management, profit and loss analysis, and to plan and oversee product marketing and project assignments.
· Ability to complete reports and analyses using computer word processing, spreadsheet and slide software.
· Internal Contacts: Immediate supervisor and top management team to obtain necessary approvals and provide project status reports; department personnel to coordinate projects. Technical Development, Marketing Operations and Graphics personnel to create new product configurations and artwork. Sales and Supply Chain teams to sell new products into retail partners and communicate product changes.
· External Contacts: Packaging vendors to coordinate and oversee product project assignments. Tradeshow and event companies to coordinate development, storage, shipment, setup and disassembly of booth assets.
