Associate Brand Manager

F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Associate Brand Manager for its Bedford, MA location

Responsibilities:

• Support the branding activities related to F.W. Webb, including infusing Brand Guide/Brand Campaign standards across all correlating assets ranging from the website to tactical level campaign creative, field/store level assets and OOH media assets such as billboards
• Influence and inspire the creative process by working well with creative teams.
• Kickoff all creative requests related to brand-related marketing activities.
• Work closely with various cross-functional partners (ie. Integrated Marketing, Field Marketing, eCommerce) to drive brand strategy forward.
• External and internal assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, and market trends.
• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans that include marketing campaigns and media investments.
• Administrative tasks as needed, such as results reporting and budget reconciliation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Marketing, Communications
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B related business
• Experience creating, executing and managing marketing programs at the brand and product level
• Experience writing advertising copy across marketing tactics such as direct mail, email etc.
• Moderate level of fluency across functions such as brand strategy, creative strategy, product marketing, innovation, content strategy, or digital strategy.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once with competing priorities
• Fluency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
