Ensure a safe work environment without EHS risk.
Support the alignment, implementation, programming, teaching, and optimization of automation equipment for injection & blow molded products.
Support plant production in troubleshooting and solving machine issues daily.
Programming of blow molding (and injection molding) machines, downlines, cooling stations, welding machines, leak tester, etc.
Assist the establishment of work instruction to foster automation standards.
Execute troubleshooting for machine functions and automated process steps.
Improve existing production lines and manufacturing processes.
Continuously improve automation and support preventive maintenance.
Support SMED activities.
Support the training of local manufacturing staff in automation.
Participate in equipment and tooling sign-offs.
Technical degree in programming or related field and min. 2 years' experience or bachelor's degree in engineering required. (Engineering degree with robotic programming highly preferred).
First work experience in an automated high volume manufacturing environment (automotive preferred).
Knowledge within the Siemens S7 programming tools.
Knowledge in robot teaching (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc).
Familiar with blow molding and process engineering.
Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric systems.
Knowledge of MS office and MS Project, Minitab, SAP.
Fluent English skills written and spoken.
Lean tools, 6S, A3, PDCA, TPM.
Experience in leading and coaching others.
