Description:
A well-respected law firm seeks a talented and motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain valuable experience. This role has a 1600 hour billable requirement and offers mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive case analyses.
Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
Assist with client interviews and witness preparation.
Manage assigned casework and meet deadlines efficiently.
Participate in client meetings and depositions as needed.
Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and case law.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Excellent analytical and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation practice required.
