Associate Attorney

A boutique downtown law firm seeking an Associate Attorney for general business-related civil litigation, with some transactional work.

Passion for the practice of law, tenacity, and true pride in your work product is absolutely required. While our work environment is casual and extremely friendly, employee work ethic and teamwork are taken very seriously. This position is not a good fit for the uninspired, who are working just for a paycheck. Efficiency and teamwork are highly valued.
Candidates with experience are welcome to apply, but this position is currently envisioned as entry level. Please respond with a cover letter, resume, and a short writing sample. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii (or Hawaii license pending) and currently reside on the island of Oahu.
Initial compensation is to closely correspond with experience/skill level and is anticipated to be in the entry level range. However, this initial compensation will be adjusted according to work ethic, productivity, and the overall value you bring to the Firm. Additionally, bonuses based on productivity and an employee incentive plan are also offered to Attorneys. Benefits include parking, medical coverage, and retirement saving plan.
Must currently be located in Hawaii and be able to commute to downtown Honolulu.
