Job Description
Lippes Mathias LLP seeks an ambitious attorney with three to five years of experience for an Associate position with our Litigation Team. This team approaches this fast moving and constantly evolving area of the law in a strategic and unique way that is driven by its lawyers' extensive knowledge of the consumer financial services industry.
A few of the Team’s focus areas include Commercial Litigation in state and federal court, Government Investigations, and Internal Compliance.
Strong communication skills, legal advocacy skills, and writing skills are required. Federal Court experience is preferred. Excellent analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills are required. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for immediate, direct, client contact.
A New York bar license is required.
Salary range DOE: $105,000-$130,000/yr
The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to, skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.
