Associate Attorney

Description:

We are seeking two (2) attorneys with a minimum of 0-5 years of experience.
Oakland County law firm is seeking a tech-savvy Associate Attorney with experience in divorce, family law, estate planning and probate (preferred, but not required). Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:
Administer divorce, family law and probate consults; represent client with empathy, confidence and integrity, frequent client communications, preparation of divorce and family law documents, pleadings, petitions/motions, responses, discovery, depositions, judicial forms, parenting guidelines, child support orders, child support worksheets, mediation and/or trial briefs, attend, manage and advocate for clients in scheduled Court dates.

Develop client and professional relationships, manage, and grow attorney billable hours.
