Associate Attorney

Award Winning Attorneys, an esteemed law firm based in Green Bay, is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of knowledgeable and experienced attorneys. As a leading law firm practicing in various areas of law, including but not limited to, Corporate Law, Family Law, Litigation, Municipal Law, Probate and Estate Planning, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.
We are looking to add two highly motivated associates to its Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, and Corporate/Business Law teams.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on a variety of issues within said areas of law.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategies and client matters.
• Maintain Client relationships and provide excellent client service

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2 – 5 years' experience in Civil Litigation or Corporate/Business Law, experience in other areas of practice would be considered as well.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Admission or eligibility for admission to practice in the State of Wisconsin
