Associate Attorney

Description:

A Personal Injury Attorney has an opening for an Associate Attorney to work in a busy plaintiffs' personal injury, workers' compensation and employment law practice. Duties include research and writing, conducting discovery, preparing motions and briefs, and assisting with depositions and miscellaneous trial preparation. The successful applicant must have an empathetic attitude and strong desire to assist our clients with obtaining justice through the legal system. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply. I will gladly mentor the right person. Idaho bar admission is required within one year of starting work. Pay is competitive DOE.
