Role Overview:

Permanent IT Desktop Engineer to work in the New York Office of Lloyds Bank. We require a highly experienced individual with the most critical asset being exemplary customer service. The Engineer role is a combination of three traditionally separate roles: Desktop Support, Trade Floor Support, and Service Request/Helpdesk

•  Identify and resolve support issues – Desk side and remote support (Citrix, RSA and VPN
• High ability to prioritize for Trading Floor environment related incidents and request.
• Log and supervise all users transactions using ITSM system (Footprints)
• Setup and deploy new workstations/Laptops and deploy applications via SCCM. [MMD and Intunes]
• SCCM Application package and deployment.
• Supporting Windows 10/11, MS Office 2016, Active Directory, etc. [via Active Role Server]
• Supporting Windows 11, including MS cloud technology Office365 (future requirement through MMD deployed solution)
• Manage Users and Computers through Native and Azure Active Directory experience in the cloud
• MS Exchange Administration : creating accounts, mailboxes, distribution lists, secondary mailboxes
• IPC Unigy Turrets experience: trader phone knowledge and Nice NTR Voice recording ( CISCO and Unigy)
• Cisco Call Manager phones – setting up lines, users, conference rooms, AV
• Market data services (Bloomberg/TOMS, Reuters Refinitiv FX Trading system portals, / Reuters Including experience in understanding the related straight through process technologies
• VB Scripting, Power shell languages (Preferable)
• Supporting business cores hours of 7am to 6pm Monday – Friday, with Hybrid rotating shifts on monthly bases
• Follow established departmental operational policies and procedures
• Produce comprehensive system documentation relating to implementations and support related projects and tasks
• Supporting AV/WebEx and MS Teams based solutions (Crestron)
• Support MacAfee related Incidents – Ensuring assess are up to date including management via EPO
• Identity & Access Management, including the provisioning and de-provisioning of access to various system
• Installing Software patches / updates on workstations and laptops
• Resolve basic network and printing problems (Canon Secure Printing)
• Support mobile devices IPhone and Android for corporate email access via Blackberry Works deployment
• May also be accountable for regular MI Reporting and process administration

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject area with at least demonstrated ability or Equivalent work experience
• Proficient in the understanding of ITIL framework
• The ability to prioritize conflicting demands
• Relationship management skills to build partnerships with business leaders and with other groups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Validated analytical ability and attention to detail
• Confirmed ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Good Team Player
• Self-motivated and ability to work within exacting timeframes
• Candidate must have through familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
