This is a contract-to-hire position.

  • High-energy and action-oriented people comfortable working in complex and fast-moving business environments.
  • SQL: 1 Years (Preferred)

At Data Clymer, we believe that every employee, no matter their role in the organization, needs to embody our company values; People First, Transparency, Collaboration, Trust, Progress over Perfection, and Diversity. These are some ways that someone in this role can embody these values.

  • Prioritize client and team member needs by actively listening to their concerns and feedback, ensuring that all data solutions are user-friendly and tailored to solve specific challenges.
  • Regularly share progress updates, challenges, and insights with both clients and team members to foster an environment of openness.
  • Encourage and practice clear communication about project timelines, expectations, and any potential roadblocks to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.

  • Consistently deliver reliable and accurate results, demonstrating a commitment to quality and attention to detail that builds confidence in their work among clients and teammates.
  • Handle sensitive data with integrity, adhering to best practices in data security and privacy to uphold the trust placed in them by the company and its clients.
  • Embrace an iterative approach to project development, recognizing that feedback and adjustments are valuable steps towards improvement and innovation.
  • Celebrate milestones and learn from setbacks, maintaining a focus on continuous learning and development instead of fixating on flawless execution.
