Use Jira's data analytic capabilities to clean, query, and showcase data using visualizations. Create and maintain success metrics dashboard in Jira for the software engineering teams to identify bottlenecks in the software delivery process.
*Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Red Hat, Inc. office in Raleigh, NC.
What you will do- Coach team on Agile values and practices and support planning by preparing agendas for Grooming & Planning meetings to track and report on appropriate team level metrics.
- Establish collaborative partnerships with team members and the organization to assist with adoption of Agile methodology.
- Support and educate the Product Owner and/or Product Manager to maintain the product backlog.
- Work with Atlassian products such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence to track Key Performance Indicators and maintain documentation.
- Deliver training on Agile Software Development methodologies to fellow associates.
The salary range for this position is $101,300 - $162,050/ year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Work Schedule is 40 hours per week (8:00am to 5:00pm)

What you will bring- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement or related field OR two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
- Position requires working knowledge of the following skills gained through coursework or experience: working with agile delivery teams where requirements are refined as the product is being created; Agile coaching experience within engineering teams and helping teams find pain points in the delivery process and become self-organizing; data analytic tools to make Data-driven decisions and track metrics; facilitating Agile, Scrum, or Lean team meetings and influencing engineering teams to become more agile; Jira, Trello or Open-Source agile lifecycle management tools; and setting Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for engineering teams.
