LifeStyle Home Management Services is an established and unique complete home management service company. We were founded in 1999 and carry a 5-star rating on BBB and Google. LifeStyle has found success through a high demand for property management of luxury vacation homes, apartments, and condominiums. Our company is expanding alongside the growth of Phoenix. We are currently managing properties across North Phoenix, Scottsdale, & Cave Creek. LifeStyle needs an area manager to add to our team to provide our clients with an exceptional home management experience. We pride ourselves in ensuring all aspects of our clients’ homes run perfectly while they are away. In addition, we manage upgrades, remodels, and new-build construction so our clients don’t have to. An ideal candidate is one that can withhold our standard of attentiveness, reliability, and trust to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This role has flexible hours, and you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory & tasks on your own time. This role will play to your strengths if you prefer to work independently and out in the field. At the same time, you will be a part of a small, tight-knit group of individuals that will welcome you to the team. We are excited to continue expanding our company and hope to grow our employees with the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing home inspections.
  • Visit between 5-10 client homes per day on average.
  • Perform a thorough inspection of the entire property while notifying management of any issues or damage.
  • Solicit estimates for repairs needed at properties.
  • Set appointments and meet contractors at properties to perform services or repairs.
  • Contractor and vendor supervision.
  • Purchase home goods for clients and deliver/stock directly in client homes.
  • Transport client vehicles to dealerships or auto shops for maintenance.
  • May require heavy lifting such as moving patio furniture, delivering 40lb bags of salt, etc.
  • Collect packages/mail as needed and forward to clients while they are out of town.
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure they are receiving the best price and highest quality service.
  • Record your hours and submit timesheets to our office.
  • Keep track of and submit all expenses.
  • Attend monthly team meetings at our office located on Scottsdale Rd and Shea Blvd.

Preferences & Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Written and oral proficiency.
  • Experience soliciting estimates and scheduling contractors preferred.
  • Experience supervising contractors preferred.
  • Ability to walk through properties inside or outside and over terrain.
  • Ability to commute to Phoenix, Scottsdale, & Cave Creek to visit client homes. 
  • Occasional heavy lifting such as moving furniture, delivering 40lb bags of salt, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Monday through Friday
  • 25 hours per week minimum
  • Not required, but occasional Saturday or Sunday overtime. Again, not required, but if you are the type to ask for more hours, we can give you more hours.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Hourly Pay & Overtime: $23.00 to $28.00 p/hour depending on experience.
