Assisted Living Staffing Coordinator

Overview:
Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. Our facility in Proctor, MN consists 5 cottages/suites and up to 56 residents. We provide the utmost quality of care with an emphasis on person-centered care planning in our home like atmosphere. We believe our caregivers are the foundation to our success.

Responsibilities:
Be able to assist residents with activities of daily living, administer medications and treatments as needed.
Assist staff with daily cooking/serving of meals to residents.
Ensure cottages/suites are clean and organized daily.
Maintain block schedules for staff and keep up to date with all changes
Anticipate immediate and future staffing needs.
Attend to all staff concerns and relay information to Executive Director i.e. call in’s.
Coordinate the onboarding process of Educare, TB Tests, and new hire training with responsible parties.
Assist with payroll by making daily corrections with the daily schedules, time clock punches and absences.

Requirements:
Rotating on call demand for aide shifts, must be able to work any aide shift if needed.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with staff and supervisors.
Must thrive in a team work setting
Computer proficiency

Qualifications:
1-2 years as PCA or CNA 
Experience with long term care facilities.
