As our Medical Sales ALF Specialist/Care Coordinator you will have established Assisted Living Relationships in and around East Pasco County. This is a performance-based health care sales position and you will be responsible for generating business and meeting targets from an assigned territory, interacting in the community and promoting Pinnacle Home Care Skilled services. Your primary referral sources will be specialized with senior retirement communities, skilled nursing facilities, and events with the community at large. You will also identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with Senior care physicians, skilled nursing facilities, Assisted Living facilities, as well as executing territory sales plans in coordination with operational and clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary customer service.
Your position will include:
-Analyze potential prospects within a specific market territory by reviewing past and current marketing data.
-Understanding, knowledge and promotion of services provided within your market.
-Must have a book of business and current medical relationships in the geographic area of the position applying to.
-Developing relationships with prospective sources; hospitals, physicians, SNF’s and ALF’s to enhance sales growth.
-Creation of weekly plans that reflect appropriate daily sales calls.
-Maintain an accurate account list for all prospective referral sources and maintains physician profiles, weekly territory sales call plan and track all patient referrals daily through the start of care.
-Meet and/or exceeds sales targets for growth.
-Attend community strategic meetings within your territory.
-Develop a focus-driven marketing strategy with Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
-Maintains market awareness and communicate updates effectively.
-Organize, distributes and track respective patient documents for the organization.
-Communicate and assist operations as needed to ensure timely admission, patient, and referral sources satisfaction.
-Attend company sales/marketing meetings.
