At Mulberry Gardens, our Assisted Living community offers supportive living environments as well as specialized care for those with early memory loss. Our goal is to provide all residents with the very best quality of life – we offer Assisted Living and adult day care programs so residents can live their lives to the fullest.
The Resident Care Director provides leadership, direction and administration of nursing operations to assure that appropriate clinical services are provided to residents of Mulberry Gardens.
The Resident Care Director has administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the functions, activities and standards of practice of the nursing staff. Will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the resident care department to ensure the highest quality care in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current CT RN License, BSN preferred
- Five or more years of progressive experience in nursing administration
- One or more years in a home health care agency, community health program which included care of the sick at home or Assisted Living community.
- Successful track record of managing and developing people and programs
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
