- Pay range from $21.98-$27.24*
- Experience pay from 1+ year experience
- Shift differential of 8.5% for overnight shifts
Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the Assisted Living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Please see our requirements below.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse.
- Current BCLS Certification.
