Assisted Living LPN

• Pay range from $21.98-$27.24*
• Experience pay from 1+ year experience
• Shift differential of 8.5% for overnight shifts

Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the Assisted Living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Please see our requirements below.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse.
• Current BCLS Certification.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• Must be able to commit at least one weekend per month, one winter and one summer holiday
• Able to cover shifts the day of highly preferred
• Specifically looking for overnight (6:30p-6:30a) availability
