Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Registered Nurse / RN/LPN
Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director of Nursing assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of Nursing practices in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
• Must have and maintain a current, valid RN state license
• Must be able to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English
• Previous management experience in long term care preferred.
